Welcome to Sanpo Beer (sanpobeer.com, the "Site"), operated by Harbor Wind, Inc. (ハーバーウインド株式会社, "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the service

The Site is an information directory of craft breweries in Japan and places to drink craft beer, such as taprooms, bars, and bottle shops. Listings are compiled and curated editorially by us. The Site is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep listing information accurate and up to date. However, brewery and venue details — including business hours, locations, taproom availability, and operating status — change frequently and without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site. Please confirm details directly with the brewery or venue before visiting.

Inclusion in, classification within, or exclusion from the directory is at our editorial discretion. A listing on the Site does not imply endorsement by us, or any affiliation between us and the listed business unless expressly stated.

3. User accounts

Certain features, such as claiming a listing, require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. User submissions

When you submit content or information to the Site — including corrections, update suggestions, listing claims, business details, text, or images — you:

Confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it;
Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, reproduce, and display the submitted content on the Site and in connection with operating the service;
Understand that we may edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion, and that publication is subject to our review.

The Site's original content — including text, editorial descriptions, design, logos, and the compilation and arrangement of the directory — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. Brewery and venue names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance on the Site is for informational purposes and does not imply any license or endorsement.

The Site contains links to external websites and social media accounts operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on information published on it — including visits made to breweries or venues based on listed information. 10. Responsible drinking

The Site provides information about alcoholic beverages and is intended for users of legal drinking age (20 years of age or older in Japan). Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
